In the Know Site Launch and Content Development

The Project

What I Did

Results

Making Science sought to showcase its value and results to prospective enterprise clients by compiling a compelling portfolio of client success stories. Many of the existing case‐studies lacked consistent structure, engaging storytelling, and measurable outcomes that would speak to decision-makers. The challenge was to research, write, edit and publish high-quality case-studies that clearly demonstrated how Making Science helped clients achieve their business goals, all while aligning with the brand’s editorial voice and leveraging the “Projects” section of the website.

As Editorial Lead, I took ownership of the case-study content pipeline end-to-end. I conducted in-depth research and client interviews to gather data, quotes, business context and results. I developed a standardized case-study template and style guide for the Projects section to ensure consistency in messaging, tone and formatting. I wrote each case study draft—including client background, challenge, solution, results and next steps—and I edited all content for clarity, storytelling flow and brand alignment. I also managed the publishing process in the CMS and coordinated with design and web teams for any visual elements. Over a 12-month period I produced approximately 25 case studies across different service lines and geographies.

  • The newly published portfolio of 25 case-studies helped boost the “Projects” section’s traffic by +78% in the first three months post-launch.

  • Time spent on each case-study page increased by an average of +42%, signalling stronger engagement with the content.

  • After rollout, sales-qualified leads originating from the Projects pages rose by +33%, demonstrating the asset’s effectiveness in driving business interest.

  • The editorial template and style guide I created reduced turnaround time for case-study development by ≈40%, enabling the team to publish new stories more quickly.

  • Client feedback was strong: multiple clients commented that the final write-ups exceeded their expectations and improved their willingness to be featured in future campaigns.
